The Leyte Convention Center awaits rehabilitation 9 months after it was destroyed by typhoon Yolanda

Is the restoration of the Leyte convention center  included in the 23 Billion  pesos proposed budget for the reabilitation   of public infrastractures that were destroyed by typhoon yolanda ? If so, how much is the cost for its rehabilitation? How about the program of works and specifications? The provincial government is under obligation to make it public.
