Nine months is too long for the national government to undertake the repair and restoration of government facilities that were damaged by the typhoon such as the regional office of DTI who plays a vital role in rebuilding businesess that were affected by the super typhoon. DTI Officials and employees are temporarily holding office at the 2nd floor of the Leyte Academic Center located at Candahug Palo, Leyte.
