Catarman,Northern Samar– Anti-drug operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office VIII and Catarman Police Station, NSPPO PAIDSOTF arrested a watchlisted drug personality and cohorts during a buy-bust operation on March 20, 2015 at Catarman, Northern Samar at around 08:00 PM.
PDEA RO VIII Officer-in-Charge Director Laurefel P. Gabales identified the suspects as Allan Ong y Arcebuche, Watchlisted drug personality, 36 years old, married; Archie Domanais y Tagros, 34 years old, married; and Danilo Adongay y Andales, 36 years old, married, all are reisdents of Catarman, Northern Samar.
The suspects were caught selling one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu.
When frisked the suspects yielded three (3) pieces large sachets of suspected shabu, weighing MOL 6 grams.
The suspects will be charged for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs) Article II of R.A 9165.
They are now temporarily detained at Catarman Police Lock-up Facility.
