Carlos Arguelles, Presiding Judge of RTC, Baybay City, Leyte with recommended bail bond of Php 30,000.00. Subject person was brought to Baybay City Police Station , Leyte Provincial Police Office for proper disposition.
Santo Nino Samar – At about 06:30 A.M. April 29, 2015 at Barangay Ilo, Sto Nino, Samar, elements of Sto. Nino MPS, Samar PPO led by PINSP WILFREDO SARAYAN MONSANTO arrested Luisito Reyes y Calosor, 27 years old, married, farmer and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 8550 docketed under CC No. 7215 issued by Hon. Renato Clemens, Executive Judge, RTC Branch 31 Calbayog City, Samar with recommended bail bond of Php 20, 000.00. Subject person was brought to Sto. Nino Municipal Poilice Station , Samar PPO for proper disposition.
Padre Burgos – At about 1:30 P.M. of April 29, 2015 at Barangay Sto. Rosario, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte, elements of Padre Burgos Municipal Police Station, Southern Leyte Poilice Provincial Office led by PO3 Harry Maraon, arrested Ibarra Morata Lobo, 35 years old, married, laborer and a resident of the said place by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for violation of R.A. 9262 docketed under CC No. 15-03-4302 issued by Hon. Ma. Daisy Paler Gonzales, Presiding Judge, Branch 25, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Maasin City, Southern Leyte with recommended bail bond Php 40,000.00. Subject person was brought to Padre Burgos Municipal Police Station , Southern Leyte Provincial Police Office for proper disposition.
Kananga Leyte – At about 10:00 A.M. of April 29, 2015 at Barangay Libongangao, Kananga, Leyte, elements of Kananga MPS, Leyte PPO led by PCI EFREN B AGDA, arrested Celso Hermosilla y Laurente, 52 years old, single and a resident of the said place by virtue of alias Warrant Of Arrest for estafa docketed under CC No. P-1810 issued by Hon. Mario O Quinit, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 17, Palompon, Leyte with recommended bail bond of Php 22,000.00. Subject person was brought to Kananga Municipal Police Station, Leyte Provincial Police Office for proper disposition.
