Elements of PDEA Regional Office 8 under Director Edgar T. Jubay identified the suspect as Conrado Gaspay y Encarnacion alyas “ Betchoy”, PDEA Target Listed, 51 y.o., Brgy. Tanod, and resident of 229 P.Burgos St., Brgy 21, Tacloban City.
Purchased and confiscated during the operation were five (5) pcs. heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride also known as Shabu weighing MOL 0.625 grams with an estimated market value of five thousand pesos (Php 5000.00).
Gaspay will be charge for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Article 2 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002).
