Guian, Eastern Samar – Anti-drug operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office VIII, Eastern Samar Provincial Police Office (ESPPO) PAIDSOTF, Guiuan Municipal Police Station- MAIDSOTF and Salcedo Municipal Police Station- MAIDSOTF arrested a PDEA Watch Listed drug personality during a buy-bust operation at Brgy. Salug Guiuan, Eastern Samar on March 03, 2015 at around 12:10 noon.
PDEA RO VIII Officer-in-Charge Director Laurefel P. Gabales identified the suspect as Errol Jasojaso y De los Santos, 41 years old, married, and a resident of Brgy. Salug Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
The suspect was caught selling one (1) piece plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu. When frisked, the suspect yielded seven (7) more sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
Jasojaso will be charged for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs) of R.A 9165 otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The suspect is now temporarily detained at Guiuan Police Station Lock-up Facility.
