A 53-year old male drug pusher was arrested by joint anti-drug elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Jiabong Police Station, PPSC, PAIDSOTG, PIB implemented Search Warrant in Brgy. Matulungin, Jiabong Samar on April 03, 2015.
PDEA Regional Office VIII Officer-in-Charge Dir. Laurefel P. Gabales identified the suspect as Arnel Conge y Taga-ilo, married, and a resident of Brgy. Matulungin, Jiabong Eastern, Samar.
At around 12:00 noon, joint operatives of PDEA Regional Office 8 and Jiabong Police Station, PPSC, PAIDSOTG, PIB served Search Warrant against the suspect and resulted to his arrest and confiscation of three (3) pcs. heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet suspected to be shabu, various drug paraphernalia, live ammunitions and firearms from the suspect’s possession and control.
Conge is temporarily detained at Jiabong Police Station Lock-up cell. He will be charged for violation of Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Section 12 (Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 and RA 10591.
