Accompanied by their supporters led by former Leyte Governor Jericho “Icot” Petilla, Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominico “Mic” Petilla and Vice Governor Carlo P. Loreto together with the candidates for Sangguniang Panglalawigan filed their certificate of candidacies on Wednesday at the comelec provincial office.
Before filing their COC’s they attended a mass at the provincial capitol attended by employees and family members of the candidates.
