Tacloban City -Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominico “Mic” Petilla denied the allegation linking him to the illegal Drug Activities.
” We have never engaged in drug business” petilla said in a statement delivered to the local media at the provincial capitol here.
Petilla’s name was mentioned in the affidavit of the late Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa as one protector of the illegal drug activities in the province.
