MANILA, Oct. 4 (PNA) –- State weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring light to moderate rains to Eastern Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday.

In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao will also have isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over other parts of the country.

Northern and Central Luzon will also have light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to south.

Other areas, on the other hand, will have light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to west.

Slight to moderate waters will prevail over the archipelago.

Meanwhile, the state-run weather bureau said typhoon “Igme” (international name Chaba) is out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility. (PNA)
