Former Leyte Governor and Energy Secretary Jericho “Icot” Petilla filed his Certificate of Candidacy for senator in the last last day of filing of COC’s at the Comelec national Headquarters in Manila. Leyte Governor Mic Petilla and Mayor Matin Petilla of Palo accompanied the former secretary when he filed his COC.
Supporters and Icot”s wife and children were also present to show their support for his candidacy.
