Every year the Department of Social Welfare and Development give recognition to the beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program for their exemplary performance in adhering to the conditionalities set forth by the department in the implementation of the program.
This years “Huwarang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino” award were given to six 4P’s families selected among the municipalities from the six provinces of the region.
A Plaque of recognition and a cash prize were awarded to the winners in a simple ceremony held at the Robinsons place Tacloban attended by DSWD-8 Director Restituto Macuto , representative from various stakeholders and other government officials.
