Leyte 1st District Congressman Martin “FM” Romualdez files his Certificate of Candidacy for senator of the Philippines on Tuesday October 13, 2015 at the COMELEC Head Office in Manila. Romualdez is the son of the late Benjamin Kokoy Romualdez former Governor of Leyte and nephew of former first lady Imelda Romualdez Marcos.
