Hernani Eastern Samar– At about 11:35 A.M. of April 29, 2015, a hacking incident transpired at Sitio Cagugnan, Barangay Carmen, Hernani, Eastern Samar victimizing Joel Doňos y Abdon, 24 years old, single and a resident of said place perpetrated by Nestor Candido y Abdon, 42 years old, married and a resident of same place. Initial investigation disclosed the victim under the influenced of intoxicating liquor challenge the suspect for fight which the suspect got irked and hacked the victim using bladed weapon locally known as “sundang” hitting his arms and neck. The victim was brought to Our Lady of Guadalupe Hospital, General MacArthur, Eastern Samar for medical treatment while the suspect voluntarily surrendered to Hernani Municipal Police Station, Eastern Samar Police Provincial Office for proper disposition.
Sogod Southern Leyte – At about 10:00 A.M. of April 29, 2015, a stabbing incident transpired at Barangay San Vicente, Sogod, Southern Leyte, victimizing Robert Aguillon Ladao, 30 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Barangay San Juan, Sogod, Southern Leyte perpetrated by Roweno Dacera Agillon @ Titing, 37 years old, single, farmer and a resident of Barangay San Juan, Sogod, Southern Leyte. Initial investigation disclosed that the duo were having a drinking spree at a Barangay Fiesta of the said place, when a heated argument ensued, which the suspect got irked and stabbed the victim hitting his left arm. The victim was brought to Sogod District Hospital for medical treatment while the suspect was apprehended by the responding PNP personnel and was brought to Sogod MPS, Southern Leyte Police Provincial Office for proper disposition.
